Wood work

Year 6 have created Greek buildings using their DT skills.  They designed parathion’s and cut wood whilst thinking about the structure of the building. We then tested these by creating an earthquake.  Most of the buildings survived the earthquake!

We looked at having a stable base, using triangles where possible and right angles to support their structures.
