Neolithic Stone Age Dying

Hazel Class have been learning about the changes in clothing throughout the Stone Age. The Neolithic people were farmers who kept sheep. They used the wool to spin into yarn, which they wove into cloth. The wool was dyed using natural materials such as berries and leaves. We have been dying wool in sun dye pots, which we will weave into colourful cloth.
