End of Spring 1

This has been another super half term in Reception. The children have thoroughly enjoyed learning about the changes in the seasons and discovering what winter brings. They were also very excited to explore our “Out of This World” topic, which sparked lots of curiosity, creativity and fantastic discussions around space and dinosaurs.

Take a look at our photographs on the Learning Journey display, the books we have read, and the learning recorded on our class learning wall. This includes all the new phonemes we learnt in Phonics and our comparison and composition skills we have developed in Maths. We hope you will enjoy looking through these together and that the photos will help prompt your child to talk about all they have learned during the Spring 1 term..
